Senior Program Manager

Our client is hiring a Senior Program Manager based in Dallas, TX. This is a full-time role with a on-site work mode.

What you'll do

• Identify systemic risks across projects and drive resolution.
• Coach project managers and partner with functional leaders to improve delivery.
• Run annual / quarterly planning cycles for the program.
• Define program structure across multiple related projects and align stakeholders on outcomes.
• Own program-level metrics, reporting, and executive communication.

What you'll bring

• Track record of delivering multi-million-dollar programs.
• Strong executive communication; you can package complexity into a clear narrative.
• Hands-on with PM and roadmapping tooling (Jira, Aha!, Productboard, or similar).
• 8+ years in program management or senior project management roles.

Nice to have

• PgMP, PMP, or comparable certification.
• Experience leading PMO or COE functions.
• Background managing vendor or systems-integrator relationships.
