About the opportunity
A client of OneTalentWorld is hiring its first dedicated Senior Product Marketing Manager to establish positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, and launch processes for a business-finance platform. The portfolio spans cards, banking, payments, accounts payable, expense management, invoicing, and working capital.
Responsibilities
- Build a repeatable launch process with Product, Revenue, Lifecycle Marketing, Support, and Operations.
- Bring market and customer evidence into roadmap planning and launch-readiness decisions.
- Define customer profiles and positioning for individual products and the overall platform.
- Analyze competitors, sales conversations, adoption, and win/loss patterns; translate findings into practical recommendations.
- Create messaging frameworks, battlecards, case studies, proof points, product briefs, and objection-handling resources.
- Equip Sales Enablement and Lifecycle Marketing with accurate content they can use in campaigns, training, and customer interactions.
Qualifications
- At least five years in product marketing, including two or more in B2B fintech.
- Demonstrated ownership of positioning, launches, and adoption, including building a function or process from scratch.
- Strong competitive research, customer understanding, written communication, and direct partnership with Product.
- Ability to establish priorities and deliver without an existing playbook.
- Experience in SaaS sales, account management, or customer success is helpful, as is working without a dedicated marketing leader.
Location, pay, and benefits
Full-time, remote within the United States. Annual salary: $120,000–$185,000, based on experience, qualifications, and interview performance, plus equity. Benefits include employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage, unlimited vacation, a 401(k), and twice-yearly offsites.
