About the opportunity

A client of OneTalentWorld is hiring a Senior Product Manager to develop new mobile user-acquisition products. This individual-contributor role owns discovery, strategy, experimentation, and delivery in an early-stage product area serving app developers.

Responsibilities

  • Research how developers attract users, measure campaign performance, and allocate acquisition budgets.
  • Identify problems worth solving across attribution, advertising integrations, measurement, and spend optimization.
  • Turn research into focused hypotheses, prototypes, design partnerships, and product experiments.
  • Work with engineering, design, data, and commercial teams on APIs, SDKs, integrations, and data flows.
  • Ship and assess product bets, using evidence to scale, change, or stop initiatives.
  • Build a roadmap connecting acquisition decisions with downstream subscription and monetization outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Five or more years owning product or growth decisions end to end; relevant founder or growth leadership experience is welcome.
  • Deep hands-on mobile acquisition experience, either running campaigns or building acquisition technology.
  • Knowledge of MMPs, attribution, Apple Ads, Meta and Google ads, and conversion APIs.
  • Understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, privacy, ATT, SKAdNetwork/AdAttributionKit, and consent.
  • Strong technical collaboration, written communication, and judgment in ambiguous, early-stage environments.

Compensation and working arrangements

Full-time, remote in the United States. Stated annual salary: $230,000, plus equity. Benefits include a ten-year vested-option exercise window, approximately four to five weeks of flexible annual time off, coworking support, workspace budget, and a learning stipend.

How hiring works at OneTalentWorld

  1. Apply — Tell us about you and attach your resume.

  2. Short interview — A 15–20 minute AI-assisted interview you can take any time in the next few days, by voice or text. A recruiter reviews every result.

  3. Meet the team — If there's a match, we introduce you to the hiring manager.

How the interview works

Some roles have basic requirements — location, work authorization, years of experience, and the yes/no questions on the form. Applications that don't meet them don't move to the interview stage. You can ask a recruiter to review your application by replying to any email from us.
