- Identify friction independently, set design direction, and communicate trade-offs clearly.
- Explore emerging tools and improve design-team workflows.
Qualifications
- Eight or more years of product design experience, including fast-growing startups and B2B/B2C products; complex SaaS, fintech, or healthtech experience is valuable.
- A portfolio of shipped work demonstrating strategy, concept development, polished execution, and impact.
- Strong user research, complex interaction design, and visual design skills.
- Experience creating, maintaining, and scaling a design system.
- Advanced Figma skills, including components, prototypes, and developer handoff.
- Practical AI and analytical-tool experience, understanding of HTML/CSS and engineering constraints, and familiarity with WCAG accessibility practices.
- Strong communication, ownership, and comfort working through ambiguity.

Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, equity, a matched 401(k), home-office support, flexible time off subject to role policy, and annual company offsites.
How hiring works at OneTalentWorld
Apply — Tell us about you and attach your resume.
Short interview — A 15–20 minute AI-assisted interview you can take any time in the next few days, by voice or text. A recruiter reviews every result.
Meet the team — If there's a match, we introduce you to the hiring manager.
Some roles have basic requirements — location, work authorization, years of experience, and the yes/no questions on the form. Applications that don't meet them don't move to the interview stage. You can ask a recruiter to review your application by replying to any email from us.
How the interview works
- What it is: a short first-round interview run by our screening partner Recruit100x. You answer questions about your experience for this role.
- How long: about 15–20 minutes, any time before your link expires, by voice or text — you choose.
- What is recorded: your answers (audio if you use voice) and a transcript. Recruit100x keeps them for OneTalentWorld and does not use them for anything else.
- Who sees it: OneTalentWorld recruiters. If we introduce you to the hiring company, they may see a summary of your answers.
- Decisions: a recruiter reviews every result. No decision is made by AI alone.
- Basic requirements: some roles have basic requirements (location, work authorization, years of experience, and yes/no questions). We apply them with simple rules to your form answers. You can ask a recruiter to review your application by replying to any email from us.
- Prefer a person? Reply to any email from us and we'll arrange a call instead.
- How long we keep your data: up to 24 months after your last activity, or less if you ask us to delete it. See our Privacy Policy.
