About the role

Our client is hiring a Senior Operations Associate based in Charlotte, NC. This is a full-time role with a remote work mode.

What you'll do

  • Triage escalations from internal teams and partners; resolve or route appropriately.
  • Identify and execute process improvements that compound over time.
  • Own day-to-day execution of claims operations: scheduling, exception handling, partner coordination.
  • Document standard operating procedures and keep them up to date.
  • Run weekly performance reporting; flag anomalies and trends.

What you'll bring

  • 3+ years in an operations, logistics, or business support role.
  • Excel / Google Sheets fluency, including pivots and lookups.
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail.
  • Comfort working across multiple internal tools.

Nice to have

  • Vendor management experience.
  • Experience with an ERP, OMS, or WMS.
  • Some SQL or BI tool familiarity.
