About the role
Our client is hiring a Senior Operations Associate based in Charlotte, NC. This is a full-time role with a remote work mode.
What you'll do
- Triage escalations from internal teams and partners; resolve or route appropriately.
- Identify and execute process improvements that compound over time.
- Own day-to-day execution of claims operations: scheduling, exception handling, partner coordination.
- Document standard operating procedures and keep them up to date.
- Run weekly performance reporting; flag anomalies and trends.
What you'll bring
- 3+ years in an operations, logistics, or business support role.
- Excel / Google Sheets fluency, including pivots and lookups.
- Strong written communication and attention to detail.
- Comfort working across multiple internal tools.
Nice to have
- Vendor management experience.
- Experience with an ERP, OMS, or WMS.
- Some SQL or BI tool familiarity.
