About the role
Our client is hiring a Senior Business Analyst based in Phoenix, AZ. This is a contract role with a hybrid work mode.
What you'll do
- Maintain backlog of business improvement initiatives and prioritize with leadership.
- Run UAT cycles for new system rollouts and document findings.
- Build executive-facing decks that summarize findings and recommend a path forward.
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into clear specs.
- Map current-state and future-state processes; identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
What you'll bring
- Comfort facilitating workshops with non-technical stakeholders.
- 6+ years as a Business Analyst or in a comparable role.
- Strong written communication; you can write a one-pager that an exec will read.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
Nice to have
- Industry-specific experience aligned with the role.
- Six Sigma / Lean training.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and process-mapping tools (Visio, Lucid).
