About the opportunity
A client of OneTalentWorld is hiring a Partnerships Manager to grow referrals for a dental-practice software platform. This is a proactive partner-acquisition role: recruit organizations and advisers trusted by dental practices, then help them generate qualified opportunities for territory account executives.
Responsibilities
- Prospect dental IT providers, supply and aligner businesses, startup advisers, coaches, and consultants.
- Run 15–20 partner meetings per week, including at least five first conversations with new prospects.
- Sign partners on standard terms and help them generate their first referral quickly.
- Build referral programs for field sales representatives and relationships with industry voices.
- Collaborate on dinners, meetups, partner events, and conference activity.
- Learn to demonstrate the product and equip partners to recommend it confidently.
- Maintain accurate partner and referral records in HubSpot and Referral Rock; report meetings, partners, demos, and wins weekly.
Qualifications
- Three or more years in quota-carrying sales, including at least one year recruiting channel, referral, or reseller partners.
- Evidence of originating relationships and delivering measurable partner-sourced business.
- Strong presentations, product demonstrations, commercial judgment, CRM discipline, and responsiveness to feedback.
- Familiarity with AI tools for account research, list building, and outreach.
- Ability to travel for conferences, partner visits, and events.
- Experience with IT service providers, distributor field teams, events, influencers, or partner-program software is advantageous. Dental-industry knowledge is not required at entry.
Compensation and location
Full-time, remote within the United States, with travel. Annual base salary: $130,000–$150,000, plus bonus eligibility; base pay depends on experience, skills, and location. Benefits include health coverage, a matched 401(k), home-office support, flexible time off subject to role policy, and company offsites.
How hiring works at OneTalentWorld
Apply — Tell us about you and attach your resume.
Short interview — A 15–20 minute AI-assisted interview you can take any time in the next few days, by voice or text. A recruiter reviews every result.
Meet the team — If there's a match, we introduce you to the hiring manager.
Some roles have basic requirements — location, work authorization, years of experience, and the yes/no questions on the form. Applications that don't meet them don't move to the interview stage. You can ask a recruiter to review your application by replying to any email from us.
How the interview works
- What it is: a short first-round interview run by our screening partner Recruit100x. You answer questions about your experience for this role.
- How long: about 15–20 minutes, any time before your link expires, by voice or text — you choose.
- What is recorded: your answers (audio if you use voice) and a transcript. Recruit100x keeps them for OneTalentWorld and does not use them for anything else.
- Who sees it: OneTalentWorld recruiters. If we introduce you to the hiring company, they may see a summary of your answers.
- Decisions: a recruiter reviews every result. No decision is made by AI alone.
- Basic requirements: some roles have basic requirements (location, work authorization, years of experience, and yes/no questions). We apply them with simple rules to your form answers. You can ask a recruiter to review your application by replying to any email from us.
- Prefer a person? Reply to any email from us and we'll arrange a call instead.
- How long we keep your data: up to 24 months after your last activity, or less if you ask us to delete it. See our Privacy Policy.
