About the role
Our client is hiring a Lead Recruiter based in Denver, CO. This is a contract role with a hybrid work mode.
What you'll do
- Manage candidates through interview loops with a thoughtful, responsive experience.
- Negotiate offers and hand off cleanly to the People Operations team.
- Own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of roles across operations and corporate functions.
- Source candidates through outbound channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, GitHub, referrals).
- Run intake meetings with hiring managers and align on profile, scorecard, and process.
What you'll bring
- Hands-on experience sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, or similar tools.
- Comfort using an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or Workday).
- Excellent written communication and time management.
- 7+ years in full-cycle recruiting (in-house or at an agency).
Nice to have
- Background partnering with leadership on workforce planning.
- Experience hiring for the relevant function (engineering, sales, operations, etc.).
- In-house experience at a high-growth company.
