About the role
Our client is hiring a Lead Program Manager based in Atlanta, GA. This is a full-time role with a on-site work mode.
What you'll do
- Identify systemic risks across projects and drive resolution.
- Coach project managers and partner with functional leaders to improve delivery.
- Run annual / quarterly planning cycles for the program.
- Define program structure across multiple related projects and align stakeholders on outcomes.
- Own program-level metrics, reporting, and executive communication.
What you'll bring
- Strong executive communication; you can package complexity into a clear narrative.
- Hands-on with PM and roadmapping tooling (Jira, Aha!, Productboard, or similar).
- 10+ years in program management or senior project management roles.
- Track record of delivering multi-million-dollar programs.
Nice to have
- Background managing vendor or systems-integrator relationships.
- PgMP, PMP, or comparable certification.
- Experience leading PMO or COE functions.
