Lead Operations Associate

Our client is hiring a Lead Operations Associate based in Nashville, TN. This is a contract role with a hybrid work mode.

What you'll do

• Own day-to-day execution of business operations: scheduling, exception handling, partner coordination.
• Document standard operating procedures and keep them up to date.
• Run weekly performance reporting; flag anomalies and trends.
• Triage escalations from internal teams and partners; resolve or route appropriately.
• Identify and execute process improvements that compound over time.

What you'll bring

• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Comfort working across multiple internal tools.
• 5+ years in an operations, logistics, or business support role.
• Excel / Google Sheets fluency, including pivots and lookups.

Nice to have

• Some SQL or BI tool familiarity.
• Vendor management experience.
• Experience with an ERP, OMS, or WMS.
