About the role

Our client is hiring a Lead Digital Marketing Specialist based in Dallas, TX. This is a contract role with a hybrid work mode.

What you'll do

  • Build weekly dashboards covering CAC, conversion rate, and channel mix.
  • Partner with Content and Design to keep the funnel filled with quality assets.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Run A/B tests on landing pages, email subject lines, and ad creative.
  • Own SEO performance — on-page recommendations, technical hygiene, content briefs.

What you'll bring

  • Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Comfort with web analytics — GA4, Looker Studio, or similar.
  • Comfort with attribution and basic statistical thinking.
  • 7+ years running paid digital and / or SEO programs.

Nice to have

  • Marketing automation: HubSpot, Marketo, or Customer.io.
  • Light HTML / CSS for landing-page tweaks.
  • SEO experience using Ahrefs, SEMrush, or equivalent.
