About the role
Our client is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist II based in San Francisco, CA. This is a full-time role with a hybrid work mode.
What you'll do
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Run A/B tests on landing pages, email subject lines, and ad creative.
- Own SEO performance — on-page recommendations, technical hygiene, content briefs.
- Build weekly dashboards covering CAC, conversion rate, and channel mix.
- Partner with Content and Design to keep the funnel filled with quality assets.
What you'll bring
- Comfort with attribution and basic statistical thinking.
- 3+ years running paid digital and / or SEO programs.
- Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Comfort with web analytics — GA4, Looker Studio, or similar.
Nice to have
- SEO experience using Ahrefs, SEMrush, or equivalent.
- Marketing automation: HubSpot, Marketo, or Customer.io.
- Light HTML / CSS for landing-page tweaks.
