About the role
Our client is hiring a Data Analyst based in Atlanta, GA. This is a full-time role with a hybrid work mode.
What you'll do
- Build reusable metric definitions; avoid the "two analysts, two answers" problem.
- Build and maintain dashboards in Looker / Tableau / Power BI for cross-functional teams.
- Write and optimize SQL queries against a large data warehouse (Snowflake / BigQuery / Redshift).
- Translate ambiguous business questions into well-defined analyses with clear recommendations.
- Partner with Engineering to define event tracking and ensure data quality upstream.
What you'll bring
- Strong SQL proficiency — joins, window functions, CTEs.
- Hands-on with a BI tool (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Mode).
- Comfort discussing methodology with both engineers and executives.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with experimentation (A/B testing) frameworks.
- Python or R for ad-hoc analysis.
- dbt experience.
